Terms for uploads to the marketplace

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. What you publish

You need an account, a Pro subscription (publishing is a Pro feature) and to be 16 or older. You can publish scenes, parts, materials and scripts you made with Ordinate 2D. You confirm that you made the item, or have the right to publish it under the licence you choose, and that it does not contain anything unlawful, personal data of others, or material that infringes anyone's rights (for example a figure copied from a textbook).

2. Versions and withdrawal

Every version you publish stays as it is: a change is a new version. You can withdraw an item at any time; it then disappears from the marketplace. Copies that people already put into their own scenes stay theirs under the licence they received it with.

3. Moderation, reports and appeals

Checks. Your first item is read by a moderator before it appears. Once a moderator has approved it, your later items and new versions appear at once, unless an automatic check finds something that needs a person to look first (for example a link to another site or a word from our block list); then they wait for a moderator. Anyone signed in can report an item. Several reports from different accounts hide an item until a moderator has looked. We may also hide or remove an item, or stop an author from publishing, if it breaks these terms or the law.

What is not allowed. Anything unlawful; sexual, hateful or violent content; harassment; personal data of other people; advertising, spam, scams, or links to other sites; pretending to be Ordinate 2D, its team or its moderators; and material you have no right to publish.

If we act, we tell you. When we hide or remove an item or stop you from publishing, you get an email that says what we did, why, and how to object. To object, or to ask us to look again, write to [email protected]; a person reads it and we answer. You can also go to the courts, or to any out-of-court dispute body you choose.

Report illegal content. Use the Report button on an item, or write to [email protected] with: the address (link) of the item, why you think it is illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that you believe in good faith that what you say is accurate and complete. We confirm that we received it, look at it, and tell you what we decided.

Repeated breaches. If someone keeps publishing things that break these terms, we stop their publishing. A person decides this; nobody is stopped by a machine alone.

4. Licences

You choose one licence per item:

Whatever the licence, you allow Solapsis to store, show and send the item to users of Ordinate 2D, and to show its name and picture to promote the marketplace.

5. Your author page

Your items are shown with the author name you chose and, if you write one, your bio. Your email address is never shown. You can change the name and bio, and deleting your account removes your items and your author page.

6. Contact and other terms

Solapsis, Box E6862, Verdunplein 17, 5627 SZ Eindhoven, the Netherlands, [email protected]. The terms of use, the privacy statement and, for the forum, the forum rules apply as well.

7. No payments yet

All items are free. Paid items may come later under separate terms.
